How it Works
Enjoy an evening of racing excitement with friends. Spice up the winter blahs – scope out the horses, place your bets, and watch the races, all in the comfort of the Ivy Tech Racing Pavilion.
Event Details:
- Each guest will receive $25 in Ivy Tech Bucks and an official race program.
- Enjoy live jazz music performed by the Columbus East High School Jazz Ensemble.
- Guests will have photo opportunities with a horse and rider.
- Additional Ivy Tech Bucks may be purchased at a rate of 50 cents for each Buck (i.e., $10 will purchase $20 in Ivy Tech Bucks).
- Enjoy hors d'oeuvres themed around the Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont. Ivy Tech's own Chef Joe Strangis and his culinary students will be preparing the fare.
- A full cash bar.
- Silent and Live Auctions
- Betting booths will be closed 10 minutes before race time.

All proceeds will go to support scholarships and programs for Ivy Tech Community College students.
